My Vaneer fell off on of course a Holiday weekend with nothing open until Tuesday and I had a jam packed schedule that day so I needed something done ASAP. Emergency Dental was the only place open and was able to get me in that day and get the work done that I needed. They were professional and courteous and the Dentist even made some modifications to make sure it stayed on better than before. Highly recommend this office if you need emergency dental, they will take care of you!

I called at 4:00pm, and had an appointment at 5:30 that same day. Had to wait awhile because it got busy, but the waiting room was comfortable, and the staff was accommodating. When I was seen by the Hygienist, he was really nice, and made me feel at ease. When the Doctor came in, he immediately made me feel good. He was funny as well! Him and his Assistant, got to work and had me out within an hour. This wasn't a permanent fix, but something to get me through the weekend until I could ser my regular Dentist. First class staff, and a really nice facility. Thank you!

Don't trust them. They made us pay in full before they pulled his tooth and filled the other. It was expensive so I asked if that was all I had to pay. The dentist said yes. Well she lied. Months later they emailed another bill. I'm not paying more money when I paid in full. Stop lying and ripping people off. Adding photos for proof of payment I will give an honest review not a good one because that's what someone wants. That's why i waited a few days to write the review. This place is made for rich people. They don't take insurance and everything is out of pocket. Very expensive. 1 extraction and 1 filling is a little over $1,000 that's too much next time I will go with someone who takes insurance. Now after they pulled my husband's tooth he has been complaining about his tongue and throat hurting he believes it's due to the vacuum thing they used to clean up your mouth during dental procedure. He's telling me the tooth pain is unbearable at times but I don't know because I'm not feeling it. Other than that the place is clean so there is that because medical in NY isn't that great. They were friendly and it's clean so I recommend if you have plenty of money and no insurance this

This place was beyond amazing!!! From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for. Val at the front desk got me in as soon as she could and was so helpful and kind throughout the entire process. The staff in the room were incredible. The assistant, Arfina, was so talkative in the best way — she kept me calm and distracted, which made such a difference for someone like me with severe dental anxiety. And Dr. Dyer… WOW!!! I came in with a dry socket and was in so much pain. Not only did he completely take away my pain, but he went above and beyond with his compassion. He had me laughing and honestly forgetting why I was even there. That says everything. The best dentist I have ever dealt with!!! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the entire office is just amazing. I truly do not have enough good things to say about this place. Well done, Emergency Dental of Buffalo! 👏

I brought my son in as a walk in. We were both treated like family. The staff is so caring and supportive. The team worked professionally and quickly to have my son seen. I’m so impressed with the amount of empathy and compassion shown to my son. I absolutely recommend you come and visit this office. We will be back for other work in the future. Nice to know we now have a provider we trust. Thank you for everything!
